I bought a big bunch of fresh dandelion greens to try it out in a smoothie. If your goal is detoxification and cleansing, dandelion greens should be the ones you use in green smoothies!
Here is my recipe for super detox!
3 stalks Celery
Few sprigs of Parsley
1 handful of Spinach
1 handful of DANDELION GREENS!
This smoothie tastes surprisingly good and you don’t get the bitter taste, my hubby drank this morning saying “tasty smoothie” (had no idea it had dandelion greens!). Please give this smoothie a try and you will be amazed how good and energetic you will feel!
If you want it sweeter you can add 1 or 2 green apples to make it extra palatable.
